Privacy policy
This page explains what Dasht collects when you visit this website or send a message, why, who else handles it, and how you can ask about it. It describes only what this website really does.
Last updated: Oct 21, 2026
1. Who is responsible
Dasht (in Persian «راهکار هوشمند دشت», written Dasht Smart Solutions) is a software development team. The Dasht team decides what is collected and why.
To ask anything about your data, use the “Start a project” button on this site.
Dasht's website is dasht.co.
2. What the contact form collects
When you send a message, Dasht receives what you type: your name, email, your message, and, if you add them, a phone number, your company and the plan you are interested in.
Technical details arrive with it: your IP address, an approximate country and city worked out from it, your browser, operating system and device type, your language, and the page you came from. They help to answer you, to spot spam and abuse, and to know which language to reply in.
3. Visits and reading statistics
When you read an article or a project page, the site counts the visit together with your IP address, browser and device type, country and where you came from. This is used for visitor reports.
There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts on this site.
4. Newsletter, comments and accounts
If you subscribe to the newsletter, Dasht stores your email address, your language, the time you agreed and a scrambled form of your IP address. You confirm by email first, and every email has a link to leave.
If you comment as a guest you may add an email address. It is used only to tell you when your comment is approved or answered, and it is never shown on the site.
If you create an account or sign in, Dasht stores your name, your email or phone number and the devices you are signed in on (browser, approximate place, last use) so you can see them and sign them out.
The site also counts visits by search and AI crawlers (which crawler, which page). That holds no personal data.
5. Cookies and similar storage
There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- A language cookie remembers the language you chose.
- Your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your browser.
- When you open an article or a project page, a random anonymous ID is kept in your browser, so the site knows which items you liked and counts one like per person.
- If you sign in, secure sign-in cookies keep you signed in and protect forms against forgery.
6. Who else handles your data
Some services handle data for Dasht only to provide their service: the hosting provider where this website runs, the email service that delivers messages and, if you sign in with a phone number, the SMS service that sends the code.
Where your data is stored depends on the hosting provider used for this website.
7. How long data is kept
Messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and to work together, and afterwards as a record of the work. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data Dasht holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Send the request through the “Start a project” button; you will get an answer within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days.
9. How data is protected
Connections to this website are encrypted. Access to the administration area is limited by role and recorded, and sign-in is protected against repeated guessing.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
