Terms of service
These terms explain how working with Dasht works: what you get, how approval and payment work, who owns what, and what happens if we part ways. They apply to every project and care plan unless a written agreement for your project says otherwise.

1. Who you are dealing with
Dasht (in Persian «راهکار هوشمند دشت», written Dasht Smart Solutions) is a software development team that builds and looks after websites, online stores, software and mobile apps. Agreements are made with the Dasht team.
To reach Dasht, use the “Start a project” button on this site. A message sent that way is the official way to give notice under these terms.
Dasht's website is dasht.co.
2. What these terms cover
Building a website, store, software or mobile app (a project), the monthly Care plans that keep it running, and the use of this website.
3. Scope and approval
Before work starts, the scope, price and schedule are written down and confirmed by both sides. The work is split into milestones, for example: start, designs approved, launch.
At each milestone you review the work. You have 5 working days to approve it or list what needs to change. If you do not answer in that time, the milestone counts as approved.
Anything outside the written scope is a change request and is priced before it is done.
4. Prices and payment
The prices on the pricing page are starting prices. The price that counts is the one confirmed in writing for your project. Taxes are not included unless stated.
The build fee is paid in two parts: 50% to start and 50% at launch. Care is billed monthly. Payment is in US dollars by bank transfer, virtual card or USDT, as agreed for your project.
If a payment is late, work can pause until it is paid.
5. Hosting and other costs
Hosting, domain names, SMS and email services and payment-gateway fees are charged by their providers to your own accounts, at the providers' own prices. Dasht sets them up for you but does not resell them unless your plan says so.
6. Ownership
Your content, brand, product data and customer data belong to you.
The Dasht platform, meaning its design, code and tools, belongs to Dasht. You receive the finished website and its dashboard, ready to run, and the right to use them for your own business for as long as the agreement is active. You do not receive the platform's source code.
Dasht may show the finished project in its portfolio unless you ask in writing that it does not.
7. Care plans
Care covers what your plan lists: hosting set-up, monitoring, backups, security updates and fixes when something breaks.
Care does not cover new features, redesigns, content changes you can make yourself in the dashboard, problems caused by your hosting, payment, SMS or email provider, or changes made by you or others without telling Dasht.
Response times are targets, not guarantees. Dasht does not promise a specific uptime.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content, products, prices and policies on your site and for following the laws of your market, such as consumer rights, returns, taxes and advertising rules.
Keep your passwords private. People who sign in to your site with your permission act under your responsibility. Do not use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.
9. If we part ways
Either side can end a Care plan with 30 days' written notice. Work done and costs incurred up to that date stay payable.
If a project is cancelled before launch, the work completed up to that point is billed.
After a Care plan ends, a site that stays on your hosting keeps running as delivered, but monitoring, updates and support stop. You can download lists such as orders and users from the dashboard as Excel files, and your uploaded files stay in your file library.
10. Limits of liability
Dasht builds and looks after your site with reasonable skill, but cannot promise it will be free of faults or that it will bring a given number of visitors, search ranking or sales.
As far as the law allows, Dasht is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Dasht's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the three months before it (for a project: the project fee). Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Events beyond reasonable control, including outages at hosting or internet providers, are not a breach.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Iran. If there is a disagreement, both sides first try to settle it by talking, for up to 30 days after written notice.
If that does not work, the parties try mediation. If that also fails, the competent courts of Tehran decide, unless the project agreement names another way to settle it.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. For a project, the version published on the day it was confirmed applies. For a Care plan, a change applies from the next billing period after notice.
