How payment works
- The build fee is paid in two parts: 50% to start, 50% at launch.
- Care is billed monthly.
- Support is in English, by email, with replies within one business day.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes.
- Server hosting is billed separately by the hosting provider, at its own price and to your own account, unless your plan says otherwise.
Questions people ask
Why is there a monthly fee?
Your site runs on a platform we host, monitor, back up and update. That work never stops, so Care is monthly.
Do you guarantee search rankings?
No one can. Dasht gets the technical basics right, shows a readiness score with tips while you write, and checks your site's search setup. Where you rank, and whether an AI assistant mentions you, also depends on your content and your competitors.
Are these prices final?
They are starting prices. We confirm scope and price in writing before any work begins.
Can I start small and move up?
Yes. Moving up adds features to the same site, and nothing you built is lost. Commerce leaves out banners, pop-ups and the contact form, which come back with Commerce Pro.
What if my project does not fit a plan?
Choose Custom. We scope it together and quote it. Integrations, workflows and scale are what move the price.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes. The mobile app plans run from a simple Starter app to a Custom app, and an app can connect to your website or store. Bigger or more unusual apps are quoted as a Custom app.
Who looks after my site after launch?
We do, if you choose Dasht Care: hosting, backups, updates and support.
