You can return an eligible item within 7 days of delivery.

How you get your money back
The store sends the amount to your bank account by bank transfer. It is done by hand, so allow a few working days.
Products that cannot be returned
Every product follows the rules above.
How to ask for a return
- Open your order in your account after it has been delivered.
- Choose the item and say why you are returning it or exchanging it.
- Follow the status of your request in your account. You are told at every step.
- When it is approved, send the item back and the refund or exchange follows.
The rules that applied on the day you placed your order are the ones that count for that order, even if this page changes later.
